About the role:

To build the capabilities for the assigned role by successfully completing all the planned learning activities; assignments within agreed deadlines

Areas of Responsibility (AOR)

• Strong expertise in red meat processing operations, food safety, and environmental management.


• Ability to manage and supervise all aspects of red meat production, including slaughtering, processing, packaging, and storage operations.


• Ability to coordinate effectively with quality assurance and veterinary teams to ensure product quality, compliance, and prompt resolution of operational issues.

Requirements:

•  Bachelors degree in any discipline
