Maintenance Squadron Commander (MSC) Advisor

1. Advise MSC on
status of maintenance, facilities, personnel, and proper use of resources

2. Coordinate with
USAF Logistics on aircraft issues requiring maintenance

3. Monitor TCTO
status of assigned aircraft and related equipment

4. Provide
solutions to negative trends through application of the Quality Management
Process

5. Resolve supply issues with equipment and
parts.

6. Assist in resolving personnel and contractual
issues between the contractor and RSAF Maintenance Squadron

7. Provide technical advice to Maintenance
Officers assigned under the MSC

8. Counsels personnel when required.

9. Monitor training and correct any training
deficiencies.

Requirements

1. Effective
management of assigned personnel and resources.

2. Management of
all related maintenance on F -15C/D/S aircraft.

3. Experienced in
Air Force Supply System and Resource Management.

4. Effective communicative skills, problem solving and individual counseling.

s. Thoroughly
familiar with Air Force Management and Policies.

8. Highly knowledgeable of Quality Management
best practices.
