Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly experienced and motivated Manager - Construction to lead our ambitious construction projects. This leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of construction from planning to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As the Manager - Construction, you will coordinate with various departments, contractors, and stakeholders to drive the construction efforts of our revolutionary entertainment complex. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a transformative project that will shape the future of the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design specifications are executed accurately.
• Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Manage relationships with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with legal requirements and regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all construction operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects within budget and on schedule.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management software and relevant construction technology.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
