Your work profile

1. Process Automation Design

• Analyse existing business processes and identify automation opportunities


• Design integrated BPA solutions combining Workflow, RPA, and Business Rules/Decision Logic


• Ensure alignment with Clean Core principles for S/4HANA transformation programs

2️⃣ Development & Configuration

• Configure Flexible Workflows in SAP S/4HANA


• Develop automation bots using SAP Build Process Automation (formerly SAP Intelligent RPA)


• Build digital forms, approval flows, and business rule configurations


• Integrate BPA components with SAP and non-SAP applications

3️⃣ Integration & Architecture

• Collaborate with integration teams leveraging CPI, APIs, and OData services


• Design and implement event-driven automation


• Ensure compliance with BTP extension architecture best practices

4️⃣ Governance & Controls

• Ensure adherence to audit, security, and compliance processes


• Implement role-based access and governance models


• Monitor bot performance, workflows, and automation KPIs

5️⃣ Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business process owners to identify automation use cases


• Conduct discovery workshops and solution walkthroughs


• Provide demos and progress updates to leadership teams

Key skills required

• 8–10+ years of hands-on SAP experience


• Strong expertise in:


• SAP Build Process Automation


• SAP BTP


• S/4HANA Workflow / Flexible Workflow


• RPA bot design & development


• Good understanding of:


• APIs, OData, Integration patterns


• SAP Security fundamentals


• BPMN process modelling
