Job Title: SAP PM Manager

Key Responsibilities

SAP PM Solution Management

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP PM solutions.


• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM functional specifications.


• Design and optimize maintenance processes, including preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.


• Configure and maintain master data such as equipment, functional locations, task lists, work centers, and maintenance plans.


• Ensure SAP PM solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.


• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA

Project Management

• Manage end-to-end SAP PM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.


• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.


• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and external consultants.


• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams.


• Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution reviews.


• Mentor and manage SAP PM consultants and support teams.


• Provide guidance and training to business users.

Integration & Process Optimization

• Ensure seamless integration between SAP PM and related modules such as MM, QM, PS, FI/CO, and EAM.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and maintenance efficiency.


• Support SAP Fiori, mobility solutions, and digital maintenance initiatives where applicable.


• Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

Support & Governance

• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.


• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance policies, and audit requirements.


• Manage system enhancements, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.


• Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor maintenance performance.
