Marketplace Coordination

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Marketplace Coordination professional to support the management and execution of marketplace activities, marketing awards, customer happiness initiatives, and process development. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketplace meetings and coordinate activities across teams.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of action items.
• Manage and execute marketing awards, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
• Coordinate customer happiness initiatives and ensure all requirements are completed on time.
• Prepare and coordinate required materials, timelines, and operational activities.
• Develop, document, and implement marketplace SOPs and processes.
• Monitor process execution and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketplace operations and processes.
• Support cross-functional teams in the smooth execution of marketplace initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in business administration, marketing, operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to accurate execution.
