Mechanical Maintenance Technician

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery.
  
• Inspect mechanical systems to identify wear, damage, abnormal vibration, leakage, and potential failures.
  
• Diagnose mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs or component replacements.
  
• Carry out dismantling, installation, alignment, and reassembly of mechanical components as required.
  
• Maintain equipment according to prescribed maintenance procedures and safety requirements.
  
• Use appropriate mechanical tools and measuring instruments during maintenance activities.
  
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance activities.
  
• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance personnel to minimize equipment downtime.
  

Required Skills

1. Mechanical Maintenance — Ability to perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical machinery and equipment.
   
2. Troubleshooting — Ability to identify mechanical faults and determine appropriate corrective actions.
   
3. Preventive Maintenance — Understanding of scheduled inspection and maintenance practices.
   
4. Mechanical Tools — Practical ability to use maintenance tools and measuring instruments safely.
   
5. Equipment Inspection — Ability to identify wear, leakage, misalignment, vibration, and other mechanical abnormalities.
   

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of equipment alignment and mechanical fitting.
  
• Familiarity with industrial maintenance and safety procedures.
  
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Education
