Job Description - Microsoft Dynamics Admin

Description

As a Microsoft Dynamics Admin at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage system configurations, perform system maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure Microsoft Dynamics systems, including user management, security roles, and system settings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
  • Perform regular system maintenance activities, including database backups, performance tuning, and security updates.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes and decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with technical teams to identify and implement resolutions.
  • Provide end-user support and training on Microsoft Dynamics systems and functionalities.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features, updates, and best practices.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Administrator, with expertise in administering and supporting Dynamics systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics administration tools, including system configuration, user management, and security roles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and Microsoft Dynamics architecture.
  • Experience with system maintenance activities such as database management, performance tuning, and security updates.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS for reporting and analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
