Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for neonates, including critically ill newborns, in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
  




• Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care
  




• Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines to maintain high standards of neonatal care
  




• Train and mentor junior doctors and healthcare professionals
  




• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, research, and innovation in neonatal care
  

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Specialist certification (e.g., MRCPCH, FRCPCH, American Board, or equivalent)
  




• Substantial experience as a Neonatal Consultant in a tertiary-level NICU
  




• Proven leadership skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
  




• Strong commitment to delivering compassionate, family-centered care
