Senior Planning Engineer

Role Purpose

Lead planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting activities for offshore CRPO projects involving jackets, deck platforms, offshore facilities, fabrication yards and EPCIC execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 Level 1-5 schedules.


• Monitor engineering, procurement, fabrication, load-out, transportation, installation and offshore execution activities.


• Perform critical path analysis, forecasting, recovery planning and delay analysis.


• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms and KPI dashboards.


• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.


• Proven CRPO offshore project experience.


• Strong background in jacket & deck platforms, offshore fabrication and EPCIC projects.


• Hands-on Primavera P6, forecasting, reporting and EVM experience.


• GCC/Saudi Arabia experience preferred.
