Position Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified and dynamic Oncology Medical Representative to join our team. This role is essential in promoting our product portfolio in the oncology segment, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and contributing to our mission of improving patient outcomes through innovative treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail our oncology products to healthcare professionals and institutions.


• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with oncologists and healthcare providers.


• Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to ensure brand visibility and product adoption.


• Gather and report market intelligence and competitor activity in the oncology space.


• Prepare and deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations.


• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for product promotion.


• Participate in regional conferences, seminars, and workshops relevant to oncology.


• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our oncology product portfolio and treatment algorithms.


• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all promotional activities.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.


• Strong understanding of oncology and related therapeutic areas.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals effectively.


• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Desired Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on oncology preferred.


• Experience in building relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
