Job Title: Operations Executive -  Automotive 

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations, staff performance, and adherence to quality standards. This role ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, optimizes service delivery, and contributes to meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will support team development, manage inventory processes, and work closely with management to implement and maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of all branches to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.


2. Evaluate staff performance, recognize high-performing employees, and provide guidance to underperformers.


3. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and proper disposal of environmental waste.


4. Collaborate with management to introduce and update service menus in workshops.


5. Ensure that staff follow and maintain high-quality standards across all operations.


6. Drive and achieve sales targets, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.


7. Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across service areas to ensure consistency and quality.


8. Supervise training initiatives to build a skilled and effective service team.


9. Oversee inventory procurement, conduct periodic stock audits, and recommend rectifications where necessary.


10. Coordinate daily operations with partners and principal stakeholders.


11. Manage pricing strategies, campaigns, and marketing activities to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.


• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.


• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Knowledge of Health & Safety and quality standards.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to meet sales targets and manage financial aspects of operations.
