PM Engineer

·       Monitor and track local content
performance across procurement, projects, and operational activities.

·       Collect, validate, and analyze
local content data related to suppliers, procurement, workforce, and
expenditures.

·       Prepare local content reports and
supporting documentation in line with applicable LCGPA requirements.

·       Coordinate with Procurement,
Finance, HR, Projects, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely data.

·       Support local content audits,
assessments, compliance activities, and initiatives to increase local sourcing.

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       3–5 years of experience in local
content, procurement, supply chain, project controls, or a related function in
Saudi Arabia.

·       Good understanding of Saudi local
content requirements and LCGPA frameworks.

·       Strong analytical and reporting
skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

·       Experience coordinating with
multiple departments and suppliers.

·       Good communication skills and
strong attention to detail.
