**About the Role**
You'll lead range planning, pricing, demand planning, and product performance — making sure our offer stays competitive, profitable, and aligned with what customers want.
**What You'll Do**
– Define and manage the eyewear assortment across branches (brand mix, price tiers, category roles)
– Plan seasonal and new collections and lead New Product Introduction (NPI) from selection to launch
– Maintain product master data and set selling prices and margin targets per pricing policy
– Monitor category profitability, sell-through and stock turn; manage promotions, markdowns and clearance
– Forecast demand, plan replenishment with procurement and the warehouse, and reduce slow-moving stock
– Analyze market trends and competitors, and set merchandising standards
– Train sales and optometry teams and report category & stock performance to management
**What We're Looking For**
– Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Optics or a related field
– 5+ years in product / category management (optical, eyewear or retail preferred)
– Solid eyewear product and category knowledge
– **Must be proficient in Oracle (ERP), Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and all standard computer tools**
– Strong commercial, analytical and communication skills
– Fluent English and Arabic preferred
