Job Description: Project Engineer- Solar Projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of solar projects from conception to completion


• Coordinate project tasks including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning


• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards


• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals


• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines


• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during project execution


• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates


• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure project deliverables meet standards

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field


• Professional certification in project management is a plus


• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in solar projects or renewable energy industry


• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget


• Experience working with solar photovoltaic systems and equipment


• Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies used in project management.
