يتولى استشاري مبيعات السيارات مسؤولية استقبال العملاء، وفهم احتياجاتهم، وتقديم الاستشارات المناسبة لمساعدتهم في اختيار المركبة الملائمة، مع ضمان تقديم تجربة عملاء متميزة وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

استقبال العملاء والتعرف على احتياجاتهم وتقديم الحلول المناسبة.

تقديم شرح شامل عن المركبات وميزاتها وخيارات التمويل والعروض المتاحة.

تنفيذ تجارب القيادة ومتابعة العملاء المحتملين حتى إتمام عملية البيع.

بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء لضمان رضاهم وتعزيز فرص البيع المستقبلي.

تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والالتزام بمؤشرات الأداء.

الحفاظ على معرفة محدثة بمنتجات الشركة والمنافسين واتجاهات السوق.

الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة ومعايير خدمة العملاء.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

يفضل الحصول على درجة الدبلوم أو البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.

خبرة من سنتين إلى خمس سنوات في مبيعات السيارات.

مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض وخدمة العملاء.

القدرة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والعمل ضمن فريق.

شخصية احترافية، استباقية، وموجهة لتحقيق النتائج.

إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Job Summary

The Retail Sales Execuitve is responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey by understanding their needs, recommending suitable vehicles, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending suitable vehicles.

Present vehicle features, specifications, financing options, and available promotions.

Conduct test drives and follow up with prospective customers to close sales.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Achieve monthly sales targets and meet assigned performance objectives.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle products, competitors, and market trends.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

2–5 years of experience in automotive sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively in a team environment.

Professional, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

Fluent in both Arabic and English.
