Job Description - Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Revenue Manager to oversee and optimize revenue strategies for our online platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong data analytics expertise with deep business acumen to drive revenue growth, improve pricing strategies, and enhance overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies based on data-driven insights.

Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Build, maintain, and optimize pricing models to maximize revenue and market competitiveness.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align pricing and promotional strategies.

Leverage data science tools and statistical techniques to forecast demand and optimize inventory utilization (if applicable).

Provide actionable recommendations to senior management for improving revenue streams.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices in pricing and revenue management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or Analytics (mandatory).

Minimum of 3-6+ years of relevant experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, or related fields within online platform companies.

Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques.

Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, or BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Exceptional problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
