We’re Looking For…

Customer-focused Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our Halcyon Greenhaven community and support an exceptional home buying experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you will play an important role in supporting the Sales Professional through every stage of the customer journey. Based within our Halcyon Greenhaven community, you will act as the first point of contact, creating a warm and informative experience while ensuring a seamless sales process.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity within our Development business, where you’ll contribute to building vibrant, connected communities.

You will:

• Provide exceptional customer service across all touchpoints, from initial enquiry to post-sale support


• Manage inbound and outbound communications across phone, email, SMS and events to engage potential home buyers


• Support lead generation activities and assist in converting enquiries into appointments and visits


• Coordinate appointments, events and display home readiness to deliver an outstanding customer experience


• Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with reporting and sales administration


• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Development teams to support community engagement and sales success

Experience & Skills That Count

• Experience in customer service or a sales environment


• Strong communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face interactions


• Confidence using CRM systems and managing customer data (Salesforce experience desirable)


• Excellent organisation and time management with the ability to manage multiple priorities


• Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders
