Job Description - Sales -Audio-Visual

We are looking for a highly motivated Audio-Visual (AV) Sales Specialist to join our Clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales of AV solutions, including sound systems, lighting, video equipment, LED screens, and other event production technologies. This role involves working closely with clients, event planners, and technical teams to deliver high-quality AV solutions for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and other live experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for AV solutions within the events industry.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, hotels, and production companies.

Understand client needs and recommend the best AV solutions for their events.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless execution of AV setups.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Negotiate pricing, manage budgets, and close deals effectively.

Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales experience in AV solutions, event production, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of AV equipment, including LED screens, projectors, sound systems, lighting, and video production.

Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.

Technical Acumen: Ability to discuss technical requirements with clients and coordinate with AV engineers.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in [preferred languages].

Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours based on event schedules.

Driving License: Preferred for client visits and on-site meetings.
