Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Sohoby is looking for a confident, driven, and bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Jeddah office.

The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers for our cloud-based software solutions.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, have strong sales and customer-handling experience, and be comfortable selling technology-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and prospect outreach to generate leads.
  
• Identify and qualify potential customers.
  
• Present and explain cloud-based software solutions based on customer needs.
  
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
  
• Maintain accurate lead and outreach records in the CRM.
  
• Schedule qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  
• Meet assigned outreach, lead generation, and sales targets.
  

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or outbound outreach.
  
• Strong cold-calling and customer-handling skills.
  
• Confident and professional communication style.
  
• Good technical understanding; a technology or software background is preferred.
  
• Ability to understand and explain software and digital solutions.
  
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
  
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
  
• Experience in SaaS, software, technology, or digital sales is a strong advantage.
