Job Summary
The Sales Manager - Furniture is responsible for managing and tracking all sales activities—either directly or through subordinates—and providing periodic performance reports to senior management. The role includes overseeing strategic relationships with key accounts to support long-term business growth and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Identify addressable market opportunities based on historical data analysis and ongoing market evaluation.
Manage relationships with key accounts and generate new business leads.
Manage, monitor, and guide the Sales Executives.
Achieve the overall sales targets for each business line.
Oversee the pre-sales and project closure phases.
Contribute to the annual sales forecasting plan.
Strategically determine the appropriate product, service, and solution mix to meet future client demands.
Provide consultation to management on risk or loss mitigation related to reputation, cost, or operational challenges.
Establish policies and structures to enhance quality standards.
Develop, define, and assign accountabilities, responsibilities, and authority levels for Sales Executives.
Influence organizational decisions on leadership and team development matters.
Recruit and staff subordinate positions based on business needs and standards.
Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, recommending development plans to enhance skills and competencies, and ensure their implementation.
Recommend training programs for subordinates.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure proper delivery of required services.
Manage and support all client communications, including conflict resolution.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and collect regular feedback regarding delivered services and future needs.
Drive operational excellence and cost optimization within the department.
Provide performance and status reports to the Country Manager for informed decision-making.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Represent the organization positively and reflect its mission, values, and strategic goals both internally and externally.
Carry out any additional duties assigned by the line manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in furniture, interior design, or related industries.
Proven experience in handling key clients and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Valid driving license preferred.
