This role works on a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

We’re Looking For…

This is a customer‑focused sales role where relationships, trust and service excellence sit at the heart of everything you do. Working full time within the Halcyon Sales team, you will engage with potential home buyers, guide them through the sales journey, and contribute to achieving community sales targets while delivering an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for visitors to the sales centre, providing clear and engaging information about Halcyon and the community


• Build strong relationships with potential home buyers and support them through the full sales process


• Work collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing and Community teams to achieve sales targets


• Generate and nurture sales leads through database management, appointments, networking and marketing initiatives


• Maintain accurate and timely records across CRM and sales systems


• Represent Halcyon at community events and industry functions


• Prepare and manage sales documentation, including home purchase and site agreements


• Act as a proud ambassador for Stockland Halcyon, always delivering a high standard of service

Experience & Skills That Count

• Proven experience delivering excellent customer service in a sales or client‑facing environment


• Demonstrated sales capability, including lead generation and closing techniques


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of people


• Well‑developed organisational skills and attention to detail


• Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
