Sales Representative

Salesman Representative is responsible for visiting new and existing customers to evaluate needs and sell the products. He / She applies sales knowledge and techniques to achieve his/her sales targets. He / She manages customer relationships through outstanding customer service and timely issue resolution.

• Meet or exceed the set monthly targets


• Visit new and existing customers to evaluate their needs and sell products.


• Answering customers’ questions about products, prices, and availability.


• Follow the daily route plan to make timely potential customer visits


• Discuss the sales order requirement with the customer and take the sales order.


• Liaise with the Sales Coordinators to initiate quotation and present to the customer.


• Coordiante with the Sales Coordiantor to issue invoice.


• Present invoice to the customer for payment and ensure the payment transaction has been completed.


• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders


• Oversee the loading of the trucks’ material at the warehouse in line with the placed order, deliver material and provide invoices to customers.


• Inspect the damaged material as per customers’ complaints and bring it to the Branch Manager’s attention to take appropriate action as per the company’s guidelines.


• Provide daily sales updates to Branch Manager at the end of every day


• Handle customers professionally and address their queries efficiently


• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and submit them to the Branch Manager


• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Gain market trends and competitors’ pricing insights and propose innovative ideas to the Branch Manager to improve sales.
