Role Overview

The Sales Specialist will act as a key link between our client and its clients, driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. This role requires a proactive professional with strong knowledge of the B2B packaging industry, particularly in folding cartons, and the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new customers to generate business opportunities.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored carton packaging solutions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B packaging sales experience (folding cartons preferred).
• Experience in the Saudi market is an advantage.
• Strong background in sales & customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.
