1957 Ventures is the Corporate Venture Capital arm of Riyad Bank, dedicated to investing in the next generation of innovators transforming financial services and adjacent sectors. Our mission is to accelerate Saudi Arabia’s digital and entrepreneurial ecosystem by backing visionary founders and technologies that align with the bank’s strategic priorities and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 agenda.
We invest primarily at the Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A stages, partnering closely with early founders to help them scale through access to capital, mentorship, and the vast resources of Riyad Bank. Our focus areas include fintech, insurtech, regtech, embedded finance, digital infrastructure, and enabling technologies shaping the financial future.
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our investment team in Riyadh. This is a pivotal role supporting the end-to-end venture investment process — from sourcing early-stage opportunities and conducting due diligence to completing the investment process.
The ideal candidate will have around five years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting, with a strong analytical background and genuine passion for startups and technology. Saudi nationals are preferred.
