Senior Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budget control, cost planning, procurement strategy, tender evaluation and contract packaging.


• Manage cost reports, cash flow forecasts, change registers, risk allowances and cost-to-complete.


• Review payment applications, variations, claims, EOT cost impacts and final accounts.


• Lead commercial negotiations, contract strategy and award recommendations.


• Provide advice on value engineering, cost optimization, procurement and commercial risks.


• Ensure commercial governance and contractual compliance while protecting the client's interests.


• Provide strategic commercial advice to senior stakeholders and support investment objectives.

Qualifications

• 17+ years of commercial / cost management experience.


• Strong client-side, developer, PMC or consultancy background.


• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.


• Extensive experience in cost management, contracts, procurement, claims and commercial negotiations.


• Strong PMO reporting and financial management experience.


• Saudi/GCC experience preferred.


• MRICS/RICS or equivalent preferred.


• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.


• Willingness to travel as required.
