The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Communication Manager to join our Corporate & Marketing Communications team. This strategic leadership role will drive Almarai's external communications agenda, strengthen corporate reputation, ensure brand consistency, and deliver impactful communication strategies and campaigns across multiple channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping corporate messaging, leading content governance, and enhancing stakeholder engagement while supporting Almarai's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies and plans in alignment with corporate and business objectives


• Lead and govern external communications, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.


• Oversee high-impact content development and multi-channel communication campaigns.


• Draft and edit bilingual external communications content such as press releases, statements, quotes, Q&A documents, briefing document, etc


• Drive communication governance, editorial planning, and workflow optimization.


• Monitor communication effectiveness through analytics, audience engagement, and performance reporting.


• Build and develop a high-performing communications team while fostering collaboration across the business.


• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and key external stakeholders.

• Saudi National (mandatory)


• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline (mandatory).


• Minimum 7 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Content Strategy, or Social Media Communications.


• Proven experience developing and implementing communication strategies and external communication programs.


• Strong expertise in brand management, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and content governance.


• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.


• Excellent editorial and writing skills.


• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.


• Strong command of English and proficiency with digital communication platforms and tools.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.


• Experience in a senior communications role within a leading FMCG organization.


• Experience managing integrated communication campaigns across traditional and digital media.
