Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.


• Lead talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop organizational talent.


• Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.


• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.


• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on HR matters including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.


• Implement HR practices that support business growth while adhering to corporate policies and legal requirements.


• Design and facilitate training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.


• Conduct regular assessments of HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.


• Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse culture within the organization.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.


• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SRHM-SCP, CIPD, etc.) is highly desirable.


• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Desired Experience

• Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience with a focus on Business Partnering.


• Experience working in multinational organizations, preferably in the energy or service sector.


• Proven experience in implementing HR programs and initiatives that drive business results.


• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.


• Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
