About the Role

Ever wondered how much smarter a business could be if the right processes simply automated themselves?

In this role, you'll support the strategy, delivery and continuous evolution of automation solutions across the enterprise systems department.

You’ll lead the full lifecycle of automation products, including RPA (UiPath), workflow automation, AI‑driven automation and system‑to‑system integrations. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology partners and delivery teams.

Importantly, you will design and deliver automation solutions that align with our corporate objectives, digital roadmap and operating model.

Central to this collaborative role is your ability to analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies and design optimised future‑state workflows that genuinely improve how the organisation operates.

This role is all about turning complexity into clarity by using automation to remove manual effort, streamline operations and unlock smarter ways of working.

About You

Degree qualified, you must demonstrate a minimum of 4 years experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), ServiceNow and Oracle.

Naturally, you will possess a strong background in business analysis and process optimisation.
