The Opportunity


We are looking for a Senior Personnel Technician Under the direction of Reg. Personnel Manager, to perform wide variety of responsible personnel and Administration tasks in the processing and maintenance of personnel related documents in support of Payroll Function to ensure timely and accurate pay to employees in compliance with established policies and procedures


 


 


 Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:



  • Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting or related field

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of increasingly responsible personnel job

  • Ability to prioritize and complete workload assignments in a high volume environment to meet deadlines, Ability to read, interprets, apply and explain rules, regulation, policies and procedures

  • Ability to gather, analyze and act upon relevant information in a timely manner

  • Ability to respond to questions or complaints from employees. Ability to research and resolve personnel related discrepancies.

  • Must have strong computer skills with proficiency in a variety of word processing, spreadsheet and database applications

  • Excellent spoken and written English & Arabic
