Job Description - Senior Sales Engineer

Develop and generate new B2B sales opportunities within the industrial sector.

Promote and sell Industrial Electronics Repair Services and Automation Solutions / Supply to industrial customers.

Target manufacturing plants, factories, industrial automation customers, and related industrial sectors.

Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and potential customers.

Identify customer technical requirements and translate them into appropriate commercial opportunities.

Deliver technical presentations and communicate solutions effectively to customers.

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and deal closure.

Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the business-development and sales process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or a closely related engineering discipline:

Electronics Engineering

Electrical Engineering

Automation Engineering

Instrumentation Engineering

Experience

5–8 years of solid B2B technical sales experience within the industrial sector.

Proven experience in:
- Lead generation
- Key account management
- Negotiating technical/commercial deals
- Closing sales

Previous exposure to Industrial Electronics Repair and/or Automation Solutions is highly preferred.

Experience dealing with manufacturing plants, factories, industrial automation customers, or similar industrial clients is particularly relevant based on the client's target market.
