What You Will Deliver Operational Excellence & Line Balancing

Optimize operational workflows through effective line balancing, capacity planning, and resource utilization strategies.

Improve productivity and throughput by identifying and addressing operational constraints and bottlenecks.

Enhance workforce and equipment efficiency through data-driven allocation and utilization models.

Performance Analytics & Insights

Deliver actionable operational insights that improve decision-making and performance outcomes.

Develop and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that support value realization.

Identify performance gaps and drive fact-based improvement initiatives through advanced analytics.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

5-8 years of relevant experience in industrial, mining, technology, or innovation-focused environments.

Experience delivering operational excellence, performance improvement, or transformation initiatives.

Experience in process optimization, capacity planning, and productivity improvement programs.

Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement activities.
