Provides basic support of installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment.  2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  2 Years suggested minimum experience.,Associates DegreeTechnical Degree,2 Years,Evaluated in context of the standard size.  Often delivers own output following broad framework or standards with some impact on job area and occasionally delivers own output according to specific operational targets.,Explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to  both internal and external parties.,Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes.  Makes minor changes.,Problems and issues to be addressed generally fall within a single job area or discipline; scope of problem well defined.,Specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations areas.,Individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others.,Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
