Job Description - ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Description

Müller's Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions to our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that will enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, ensuring they align with business needs.
  • Provide technical guidance on ITSM processes and best practices to clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and services.
  • Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to ensure a seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Perform system administration tasks and manage application performance tuning.
  • Stay informed about new ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend improvements.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant or technical role.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows and business rules.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting and implementation of UI changes and Scripted REST APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certifications in ITSM or related fields.
  • Prior experience working in Agile project environments.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and processes.
