Site Supervisor

• Support the supervision of
daily façade installation activities according to approved drawings and
procedures.

• Coordinate with site engineers,
subcontractors, and workers regarding daily activities, manpower, and
materials.

• Check that façade components
are installed according to shop drawings and approved methods.

• Support HSE and quality
requirements, including safety checks and identification of site issues.

• Report technical, material, or
installation issues to the Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager.

• Maintain basic records of daily
progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in
Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in
construction or site-related work.

• Basic understanding of
construction drawings and site activities.

• Basic knowledge of HSE and
quality requirements.

• Good communication, teamwork,
and organizational skills.

• Willingness to work on-site and
learn façade installation and construction practices.
