Social Media Executive

In this role, youll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily activity, and building meaningful connections with our online community. Youll play a key part in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and ensuring our digital presence reflects the elegance, creativity, and excellence that define the Leylaty experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging content, including copy, images, and videos tailored to each platform and aligned with the brands tone and audience.
• Platform Management: Oversee daily social media activity, schedule and publish posts, and maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant online community that reflects Leylatys warmth and hospitality.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance through analytics tools, evaluate campaign results, and provide actionable insights to refine future strategies.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media and digital campaigns to elevate brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
• Brand Reputation: Track customer sentiment and help maintain a positive, professional, and engaging brand presence online.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal), creativity, time management, strategic thinking, and proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of major social media platforms, digital trends, and audience engagement techniques.
