Job Description - Sr. Advisor

Description

  • Advise on the translation of NHCI corporate strategy into organizational objectives, portfolios, and KPI targets by recommending priorities, outcome metrics, and alignment mechanisms across internal functions and corporate interfaces.

  • Recommend governance frameworks, policies, and decision-rights structures, including escalation paths and review cadences, to strengthen accountability, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination with NHCI.

  • Provide strategic guidance on product strategy by reviewing value propositions, user journeys, and business workflows, ensuring alignment with digital, data, cybersecurity, and quality standards.

  • Advise on portfolio governance by recommending prioritization approaches for initiatives and products, validating feasibility and interdependencies, and reviewing milestone, budget, and RAID thresholds to support disciplined execution and control.

  • Review portfolio intake and business case evaluations by assessing financial impact, risk exposure, and resource viability before roadmap inclusion.

  • Advise on prototype and concept validation activities by recommending testing approaches, stakeholder feedback mechanisms, and iteration gates to support readiness for development, integration, and scaled deployment.

  • Provide strategic guidance on marketing strategy by reviewing positioning, segmentation, and campaign portfolios, ensuring brand consistency, message alignment, ROI objectives, and coordination with Institutional Marketing Communications.

  • Advise on commercial strategy by recommending revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction targets, channel strategies, partner engagement models, and sales governance across B2B, B2C, and strategic partnerships.

  • Advise on relationship management objectives with customers, government entities, and commercial partners to strengthen collaboration and ensure compliance with sector and regulatory requirements.

  • Support government and partner relationship governance by reviewing engagement plans, coordination protocols, and compliance controls to facilitate effective collaboration.

  • Advise on Development & Operations governance by reviewing solution architecture checkpoints, release readiness criteria, cutover safeguards, and rollback controls to support secure and resilient deployments.

  • Recommend enterprise QA and UAT governance by reviewing test coverage, acceptance criteria, and defect management approaches to support rollout readiness and operational acceptance.

  • Monitor project delivery performance by reviewing scope, timelines, compliance, RAID registers, and corrective action plans across delivery streams, providing recommendations where required.

  • Advise on operational performance management by recommending SLA, incident, and system stability targets, along with L2/L3 escalation and root-cause remediation practices.

  • Review performance dashboards, KPIs, financial results, and benefits realization to identify improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

  • Promote knowledge management and documentation best practices to enhance traceability, institutional learning, and knowledge reuse across portfolios, project deliveries, and operations.


Experience:


A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with at least 8 years of experience in a leadership role.
