Position Summary:

BRAU is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead its Beauty aesthecs flagship Riyadh location. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, maintaining brand standards, and delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, team leadership, and retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Store Management

• 
  

  Oversee daily store operations and ensure alignment with brand SOPs and standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment at all times.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage inventory, ordering, and stock replenishment in coordination with central supply.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure equipment and products are maintained in excellent condition.

  
  

2. Team Leadership

• 
  

  Lead, coach, and inspire a team of beauty specialists and front desk staff.

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule and delegate responsibilities to ensure optimal staffing and productivity.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct regular performance evaluations and training to elevate service delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Foster a positive, collaborative, and service-driven culture.

  
  

3. Customer Experience

• 
  

  Uphold a luxury client experience throughout the entire service journey.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle client escalations and feedback professionally and proactively.

  
  


• 
  

  Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and attention.

  
  

4. Sales & KPIs

• 
  

  Drive sales and service targets, ensuring the store meets monthly and quarterly KPIs.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor team performance and encourage upselling of services and retail products.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and operational insights.

  
  

5. Marketing & Brand Alignment

• 
  

  Support in-store marketing activities, promotions, and brand events.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a retail or beauty management role.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in premium/luxury customer service environments preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in using POS systems and basic MS Office applications.

  
  


•
