Job Title: Storekeeper

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

The Storekeeper is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, ensuring proper storage of materials, and supporting smooth warehouse/store operations. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing goods, maintaining stock records, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes
  
• Ensure proper storage of goods in designated locations following safety and quality standards
  
• Maintain accurate stock records (manual or system -based)
  
• Issue materials as per requisition and maintain proper documentation
  
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits
  
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock to management
  
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely replenishment
  
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store/warehouse
  
• Handle material movement, labeling, and proper stacking
  
• Maintain records of damaged or expired items and take necessary action
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
  

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree
  
• Experience: 2 to 5 years as a Storekeeper or in warehouse/store operations
  
• Experience in construction / manufacturing / trading industry preferred
  
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software
  

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management
  
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems)
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Good organizational and time management skills
  
• Ability to handle physical work and material handling
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
  
• Knowledge of safety standards and warehouse procedures
