Working closely with the Director of Event Production, Project Directors and the wider delivery teams, the Strategic Partnerships Manager acts as the commercial link between clients and project delivery, ensuring client expectations are translated into commercially viable, high-quality solutions.
The role combines strategic business development with hands-on account management and requires close collaboration across Project Management, Design, Technical Production, Procurement and Finance throughout the full project lifecycle.
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across the UAE, KSA and wider Middle East.
- Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with Event Production business objectives.
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals and market research.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial approach through proposal, negotiation and contract award.
- Work towards agreed revenue, profitability and business development targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary commercial contact throughout the pre-sales process.
- Understand clients' strategic objectives and translate them into commercially viable project opportunities.
- Ensure an excellent client experience from first contact through project handover.
Tender & Proposal Development
- Collaborate with Project Directors, Design, Technical Production and Estimation teams during tender preparation.
- Lead commercial discussions and coordinate proposal development.
- Support pricing strategies while balancing competitiveness and profitability.
- Ensure proposals align with client expectations and BeWunder quality standards.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
- Identify new market sectors, clients and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain awareness of regional developments within live events, exhibitions and experiential marketing.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Directors to ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution.
- Support forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Event Production business unit.
