The Opportunity

Are you passionate about talent management, assessment systems, and supporting people-focused initiatives? This is a great opportunity to join Almarai’s Talent team as a Talent Specialist in Riyadh.

In this role, you will support daily talent management activities, coordinate assessment system tasks, manage assigned projects, collaborate with key stakeholders, and help maintain accurate talent data and presentations.

To be shortlisted, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or human resources management.


• 1–2 years of experience in a role relevant to talent management.


• Must have experience in Talent development and talent development programs.


• Must have experience in developing our High potential talent.
