The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Manager To manage a self directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within management performance parameters (Efficiencies loss-in process, zero non-conformance) ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality and Safety standards.

 Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Bachelor’s in Poultry Processing /Food Technology or related field 


• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a Poultry or food environment


• Understanding of implementation of international Quality Standards like ISO 9000 and HACCP.


• Handled a multinational and multifunctional workforce Experience in finalizing plans /targets with production management team with regards to production and maintenance activities


• Maintain safe working environment and minimizing accidents. Exposure in automated process control production


• Propose plant modifications and process optimization to reduce cost and improve service level. Co-operative with superiors peers and subordinates.


• Able to manage a multinational and multifunctional workforce.


• Able to develop a team environment and boost the output level of employees


• Able to train people for required jobs and develop a multicultural workforce


• Excellent spoken and written English & Arabic
