Job Description

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing professional and friendly table service to guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

The role involves welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals and beverages efficiently, and ensuring that guest requests are handled promptly and professionally. The Waiter/Waitress is also responsible for maintaining clean and organized tables and service areas while following restaurant standards and procedures.

The position requires close coordination with the kitchen, bar, hostess, and management team to ensure smooth and efficient service. The role also involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and professional appearance.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to take orders accurately and provide efficient table service.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Good knowledge of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Flexible to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
