Introduction:

AZEM Program, an elite initiative by Saudi AZM Company, is designed to foster the next generation of leaders and innovators in the business and technology sectors. This highly selective program is tailored for individuals who demonstrate exceptional talent, drive, and a commitment to excellence.

Objectives:
Participants in AZEM Program will engage in rigorous training and development experiences that are aimed at enhancing their skills, expanding their knowledge, and preparing them for leadership roles within the industry. The program emphasizes real-world applications, mentorship from industry experts, and opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects.

Duration and Format:
The program kicks off in January and spans over 6 months, featuring a blend of in-person and virtual sessions, depending on the needs of the projects and participants

Educational Background: 

• The candidate must be a graduate from a technical background, for example, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Must be a graduate of SDA Academy.

• Saudi nationality is required.
