Retail Systems & Operations Engineering Trainee

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with practical problem-solving in a retail operations environment. As a Retail Systems & Operations Engineering Trainee, you will contribute to the improvement of core business systems and help support the operational processes that connect teams, partners, and internal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the core retail CRM and operational ecosystem.
• Bridge the gap between process design and daily execution.
• Oversee the end-to-end partner lifecycle within internal systems.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
