Key Responsibility Areas:

•Coordinates tasks and activities associated with the quantity survey activities undertaken   in the division.
•Prepares bill of quantities and project estimates.
•Conducts audit investigations into current projects.
•Collaborates with Design Engineer on private development projects.
•Compiles material schedules in conjunction with standard design drawings for various    water components.
•Assesses and reviews material, plant and labour rates on quantity surveying computer    programme.
•Receives, records and allocates incoming projects.
•Sources costs and technical information from the fabrication workshop on specialised    work for capital projects.
•Prepares contract documentation and monitoring of costs and cash flows on projects.
•Attends to specific administrative activities associated with the functions of the division.

Essential Requirements:

•Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Building or any other related and equivalent qualification.
•Valid motor vehicle driving license.
•1 Year relevant experience.
