We have central support functions of Human Resources, IT, Finance, Legal and Marketing & Innovation in the Rentokil Initial Head Office locations and in country.

You would be supporting the Hygiene business in the Western Cape region in South Africa

Four vacancies have arisen for a Key Accounts Administrators for the UK division based in our South African Business in the Western Cape Region

The purpose of this role is to ensure a high standard of service is delivered to every customer, ensuring service

call outs are resolved within the business SLA. This requires a clear understanding of the business processes,

ensuring customer excellence is central to all activities whilst consistently meeting the required performance

standards.The role will require close working relationships with Key Account Managers, Area Support Managers,

and the local operations.

The Key work outputs and accountability are:

  1. First point of contact for all National Account emergency work
  2. Coordination of service attendance and liaising with client at every stage
  3. Follow up on service attendance ensuring service reports and certificates have been received
  4. Retrospective costing along with supporting evidence sent to customer and payment requested
  5. Ensuring all completed works have been sent for processing
  6. Tracking and monitoring all work orders
  7. Updating all customer portals with required information
  8. Developing strong relationships with Key customers
  9. Develop a close working relationship with KAM's and branch network
    Additional Responsibilities:
  10. Raising icabs tickets / complaints to the relevant personnel
  11. Assistance with debt recovery with KAM

  • Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good eye for detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong commitment to delivering customer excellence.
  • Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a very fast paced environment
  • Matric
