Basic Salary

R243 479.01 / R316 060.58 pa

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Deal with queries regarding private call costing. 

• Maintenance and stock control of all telephone instruments. 

• Maintain a record of all of all private lines and faxes and modems in various buildings. 

• Attend to any faults reported. 

• Operate a large PEBX Switchboard and Voice Mail System. 

• Supervision of Switchboard and Panel Operators. 

• Updating and providing Divisional Directors with reports from the Management System. 

• Maintain daily private and business calls printouts and queries relating to call costs. 

• Collate all stop order agreements with relation to private calls and faxes. 

• Updating the internal and external telephone directory. 

• Advising Management of any discrepancies.
