Key Responsibility Areas:

•Operates a large PEBX switchboard system and receives, screens and transfers calls to the respective Department or delegate.
•Records details of private or business trunk calls on schedule.
•Maintains/updates internal directories, recording all details on to filo-fax.
•Maintains/updates stop order control and files copies of stop orders provided alphabetically/Department order.
