Main purpose of the job 

To manage and supervise activities of employees to ensure organizational compliance and client satisfaction.

•    To ensure sound stakeholder relations. 
•    To ensure correct application of Operational quality management systems, procedures and work instructions.

Requirements 
Qualifications 
(Essential)
•    A Minimum Tertiary Qualification or a National Diploma/Degree in the following Sciences: 
o    Agricultural management / Crop production 
o    Horticulture 
o    Environmental Health or 
o    Food Technology
(Desirable)
•    Experience supervising a team and/ 
•    Experience as acting supervisor within the inspections discipline

Knowledge

(Essential)
•    Relevant acts relating to the regulatory environment 
•    PPECB system knowledge, policies and procedures 
•    Product knowledge.

Technical Skills/ Functional Skills

•    Computer Literacy 
•    Competency in all major products for the organization and minor products related to the area
